I received this message from ATT whenever I try opening my email: "Something's gone wrong. You may be having trouble with your connection. Connecting your device to WiFi could help fix the issue or try later again." However, I can get into my email through Chrome with no problem so I'm able to continue working. Would uninstalling then reinstalling Firefox help without creating more problems? I would like to continue with Firefox if possible. I have Windows11. Thank you.

This ATT/Yahoo mail issue has been trending for sometime, but I have not seen the issue. Can you post a screenshot showing the issue? What OS? What version of Firefox?

As requested, here is the screen shot you wanted. It appears after trying to log in. However, as stated yesterday I can get through to my email thru Chrome. Had a house call with ATT weeks ago and they stated Firefox is blocking everything. They couldn't solve the problem.

Hi condogal, there have been a lot of threads about problems with the AT&T can't connect page. Some clues to the problem include:

(1) It works for some users in a private window (Ctrl+Shift+P)

(2) Some users reported having to make site exceptions using the toolbar buttons for the AdBlock Plus and DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials extensions while on the AT&T page.

Thanks for the advice but I guess I'll have to stay with Chrome altho I prefer Firefox's format.

You mentioned using the toolbar buttons. I don't have any while in Chrome so can you advise how to get them back. Also don't have access to copy, paste, print, save, etc. on my screen thru Chrome. However, when I right click, I only get cut, copy & paste. Sorry for another situation..........

I only use Chrome in emergencies, so I'm not very familiar with it. However, some of those items might be on its main menu (a button with 3 dots at the right end of the main toolbar, if I recall correctly).
