Loading issue with certain web pages

Certain webpages (which load without problem in Opera) will fully load and then immediately become blank as if it never loaded. If I hit "reload" the same thing happens, it loads and then goes blank. This is only certain webpages but here is one for example:

https://newrepublic.com/post/193132/white-house-leavitt-deny-war-plans-group-chat

Again, this is not a problem in Opera. But Firefox has been my main browser for many years now, and I'd rather not switch if I don't have to.
