I have this week problems with login into my bank (www.dnb.no) via Firefox. But I have no problems logging in with Edge og Google. I prefer using Firefox it frustrates me being unable to log in via Firefox. I get the message: BID-5000.

I hve discussede the matter with my banks IT-department, but they answer me that recently they have heard about the same problem concerning Firefox login and said that the problem have to be fixed by Mozilla/Firefox

Did they say what problem we have to fix on our side? Can you ask them about it (bug id or a specific technology that we should implement)?

No your reply did not solve my problem. And as to your questio: The bank had no spesific suggestions about "bug id or a specific technology that Mozilla should implement".

This is the message I received: "Det har oppstått en kommunikasjonsfeil.

I have already tried to delete information capsules and browser data, but that did not solve the problem.
