I AM LOSING MY MIND. Everysite I go to when I login it pops up with every login option from everything. I want it off. I WANT NOTHING TO POP UP. ALL THE HELP FORUMS ARE YEARS OLD.

It's not a login/password form. Just select (hold) every input with a mouse and press Delete.
