Sync problem between Firefox iOS and Firefox Windows desktop

I reinstalled my notebook and lost all my bookmarks in Firefox. The bookmarks are still present in my Firefox iOS app. Both my iOS and desktop browsers are logged in to the same account, but they do not sync. I tried to force it, still nothing. The desktop does not show up in the connected devices, but when I try to pair I keep getting the message that I have used the system QR scanner and not the in-app scanner. But I used the in-app scanner next to the URL line.

Any suggestions about how to sync my iOS Firefox to my Windows desktop?
