Restoring Firefox profile

Hello,

I recently had to re-install Windows 10 due to its corruption caused by a BIOS update. The diagnosis & re-install was done with the help of Microsoft phone support. My Firefox profile was gone, (as was my Thunderbird), but with Microsoft help, a lot of my data was saved in a separate folder. I was able to fix my Thunderbird from profile data on my previous Windows 7 PC, but I am not quite sure how to use the profile data in the separate folder to reconstitute Firefox to the way it was before my OS re-install. I am adding an image of the files in my original Firefox profile folders. I would appreciate help to retrieve my many bookmarks & history. The profile I would like to use is the one dated 5/26/2020. I will provide any additional information if necessary.
