How can I print an email (G-Mail) attachment without having to download it first?

When I print an attachment from an email (I use G-Mail) I always have to save it first. I then open the download with the shortcut (the arrow pointing down), print it, close it, and then I'm given the option to print again. I don't always want to save a copy of the attachment on my computer; sometimes I just need to print it. Thank you.

That would be a gmail settings the browser doesn't do the printing that comes from the gmail. Otherwise you need to check your printing software settings to see what it's settings are.

I don't think that is the case in my situation. When I use Chrome or I.E. with my G-Mail I can print without downloading.

I logged into Gmail in Firefox and clicked on a email and then clicked on a docx attachment and it goes to print no downloading. So I think you have something else going on or addon is causing the print issue.
