Hi,

A quick description of our environment : OS = Windows Server 2008 R2 x64 Enterprise, Mozilla Firefox = ESR 52.3.0, Citrix XenApp 6.5 RP07. Plugin-container.exe is randomly (but frequently) crashing while browsing flash-based web pages and applications. Unfortunately, we're not able to reproduce the issue, and we're constantly monitoring and capturing dump files. Is anyone able to help us with the analysis ? We've tried to disable hardware acceleration, with no success :-(

Regards

First, remove Flash Player using these links; http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html Uninstall Flash Player | Windows http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-mac-os.html Uninstall Flash Player | Mac

Then, reinstall it;

Note: Windows users should download the ActiveX for Internet Explorer. and the plugin for Plugin-based browsers (like Firefox).

Note: Windows 8 and Windows 10 have built-in flash players and Adobe will cause a conflict. Install the plugin only. Not the ActiveX.

Flash Player Version: Version 30.0.0.154
