Hi, well since are banned there was a reason. Contact them to get reinstated once a appropriate amount of time has past.

It's impossible. For that you need to the topic was deleted. You may try to edit a topic and stay text like "Delete please" or report to moderators.

Yeah, but possible you was wrong or found a solution which was in previous topic of yours. So, this is correct to not create a twins. ;)

There is no other way. System works so. Just forget about topics and stop updates to e-mail to not get a messages about new posts in topic.
