I have tried everything.

- It is happening on any version latest or older - I have uninstalled and reinstalled the browser under different profiles. - I have removed the computer from the domain and reinstalled under a local account. - I have opened the firefox in safemode as well as Windows in safemode, crashing both times. - I have completely removed firefox all files and profiles under %appdata% and still crashing - I have gone under help>troubleshooting information, reset the browser and still crashing. - I have disabled all add-ins which could be related and is still crashing.

I am completely lost and I don't know what else to do.

Could it be any windows update missing from their machines? We haven't pushed any Windows Updates to any pcs lately.

Both machines are Win 10 64 bit

Please follow the steps below to provide us crash IDs to help us learn more about your crash.

  1. Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A Submitted Crash Reports list will appear, similar to the one shown below.
  2. Copy the 5 most recent Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste those IDs into the "Post a Reply" box.

Note: If a recent Report ID does not start with bp- click on it to submit the report.

(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)

More information and further troubleshooting steps can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox crashes (closing or quitting unexpectedly) article.

Try the 32-bit Firefox version if you currently use the 64-bit version.

I have tried all versions of Firefox 32 and 64 and none of them worked.

Also under aboutchrashes there was nothing! ! !

Unfortunately under about:crashes it doesn't show anything. Is there something else we can try. One of the users just did the update of the software with no change. It still crashing when we click on the menu button. Is there anyone else facing this issue?

Is it Firefox that is crashing, or "Tab Has Crashed," or the computer?

Does the crash happen right away, or after a time? Are there other computers not crashing?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
