Cant find my android device to sync, even thought logged in to same account.

I am logged in to the same account on 3 devices; laptop (linux mint), Android phone (Sony Xperia Z5) and Android tab (Xperia Z4)

The tab and laptop work fine together, but the phone is nowhere to be seen or found. I have logged out of everything and logged back in. I have reset password, I have updated to the latest version of the browser on all devices. But nothing succeeds.

What am I missing?
