You posted in the Firefox support fora queue. Firefox doesn't do email, it's strictly a web browser.

If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail" such as Yahoo!Mail or Gmail. You need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.

If your problem is with Thunderbird, let us know and we can move this thread to the Thunderbird support queue.

Hi Larry, what site is it?

Firefox allows sites to exclude the main toolbar, menu bar, and most other toolbars from popup windows. To override that, you can change some hidden settings. Here's how:

(1) In a new tab, type or paste about:config in the address bar and press Enter/Return. Click the button promising to be careful.

(2) In the search box above the list, type or paste open_ and pause while the list is filtered

(3) To always show the full toolbar, double-click the dom.disable_window_open_feature.toolbar preference to switch it from false to true.

(4) To always allow the Alt key to activate the menu bar, double-click the dom.disable_window_open_feature.menubar preference to switch it from false to true.

If you have any questions about what the other preferences are for, please ask (or research them online) before changing them as the results sometimes can be unpredictable. To share the name of a preference in a reply, you can use right-click > Copy Name on it in about:config, then right-click > Paste it into your reply.
