What user-agent to use for getting Netflix/Amazon Video to work on Linux with Widevine CDM?

With the release of Firefox 49 Linux users finally got CDM support thanks to Google Widevine CDM. This works when going to testing pages such as http://demo.castlabs.com/, but does not work for Netflix or Amazon Video. What user-agent should I switch to in order to resolve these issues? Has anyone found one?
