How do I stop reuserver.com from taking me off my selected site

I use a cookie remover and I check my cookies regularly to keep unwanted stuff from my computer. reuserver.com is problematic only when I am on PCH.com. It will take me from PCH and put me to some other site not of my choosing. It will do this after I have been on the PCH.com site a while and it will only go away if I close the browser. I can open the browser and resume my PCH activities but after a while it will again redirect me off the site. I do not keep history or cookies other than my chosen sites.
