the image download from websites doesn't work

Selecting a picture from a website shows the picture with the text download or cancel. Clicking download doesn't show the picture and it is not downloadeb. What should i do to make it work. There has been something changed, because it used to work. Adding the result by clicking cannot be imported in this question .
