I have my computer pretty heavily protected. However, the "captcha" issue has been going on for many years. I have ad block, browser protect and no script (on the lowest setting) extensions. I've tried turning them off, but I still have the same issues.

I'm getting tired of having to launch another browser and re-enter all my info to register because of this.

I'm not giving out technical specifications for my computer and system to someone I don't know.

Hi Philipp, I disabled ad block and no script. Neither solved the problem. I don't think the rest of my extensions would cause any problems with captcha and also some embedded videos not showing up. I'm trying not to disable everything or eliminate them. I checked for updates and there were none. However, if I need to, I will disable the extensions. But I have a feeling that that may not solve the problem. This has been going on for many years. I thought that it might have something to do with the firefox updates.

firefox safe mode would just be a one-time testing procedure (that's because you have other addons as well that would be able to block content)...

Hi, I'm back now to trying to solve this. What other add-ons/extensions can cause this to happen? Instead of disabling all extensions, I'd like to focus on the ones that can possibly solve the problems.Thanks.

I wanted to let you know that after hours of going through my extensions, I have solved the issues I've had with my browser and the culprit was Google Disconnect. I followed their instructions and installed it first, but it still didn't work with the other extensions. So, I've disabled it and sent them an email sharing my experience and asking them to fix it so it will work with the other filters. Just thought that after all this time, you might like to know, and that maybe, if others are experiencing the same issues and problems, that they can check this and see if can help them find a solution, as I did.
