I know I've asked before but I'll ask again because I still do not have an answer. For months it will not open in browser and every single answer I've found here points at not having an acrobat plugin in the browser. I don't see an add on for it either. In fact I had uninstalled the original Adobe Acrobat ages ago due to a conflict with the Preview app I prefer to use as default for PDF. As far as I could tell having it installed at all it automatically doesn't want just in browser control but everything pdf on the desktop control and that is not acceptable. So I have no interest in reinstalling it and causing myself headaches. Is there NO way to open a PDF in browser without giving myself an acrobat related nightmare? No way to install the acrobat npapi it asks for JUST for the browser and not in a way that hijacks everything else? And why did we shift to 'only' adobe acrobat when there were ways before that worked for everyone?
