How to TWO WAYS firefox sync in FF42 (have account) it works only ONE way?

I had an old firefox sync and everything was ok. Now I have a new firefox sync with e-mail and password. It works ONLY one way. When I add a new bookmark on the one of my PC (let's name it first) it is synchronized on the second one but if I do it on the second it is NOT added/synchronized on the first one. (Firefox 42.0)
