Why can't I reply to email received in my webmail account?

I use a webmail account thru my ISP, compufort.com. I can receive mail, but when I try to reply or forward mail, the window pops up and immediately closes up til only the header shows. If I try to drag the window open it goes back as soon as I stop dragging. The type changes size randomly. It is very frustrating. My OS is Windows 8.1
