1. Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A Submitted Crash Reports list will appear, similar to the one shown below.
2. Copy the 5 most recent Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste those IDs into the "Post a Reply" box.

Note: If a recent Report ID does not start with bp- click on it to submit the report.

I am seeing 4 "red flags" in the Modules tab of that Bug report SogouPY.ime - https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=570722 - resolved fixed years ago nvwgf2um.dll jvm.dll kswebshield.dll

Sorry, I don't know what to recommend at this point, beyond asking for additional Crash Report ID's.

One suggestion I have is to see what happens in the Firefox SafeMode. Do those crashes still occur in the Firefox SafeMode?

perhaps SogouPY.ime is not the problem. i use safe mode,but firefox still crashes.when i terminate the java.exe process, firefox crashes,but this doesnot happen when i use firefox version 33.1.1.

in my project,i use applet technology to achieve some goals. also i need to termiate java.exe process using windows api through jni code, then firefox crashes soon.i try to terminate java.exe process in "windows task manager",firefox still crash.can you do some tests? this problem doesnot occure in old version 33.1.1.

This issue is beyond the scope of this forum - Firefox end user support.

A Java developer support venue would be a more appropriate place to seek help with that project.

And as far as Firefox 33.1.1 not crashing when Firefox 39.0 does crash - I don't think there ever was a Firefox 33.1.1 version. Is that a 3rd party build? Unless you mean 33.0.1 - if so, you might need to do regression testing where the change occurred. https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Projects/Mozmill/How_to_do_regression_testing IMO, that would probably be a waste of your time - unless you want to learn what change in Firefox makes your project work differently in the latest release version of Firefox vs, that old version. The "fault" probably isn't with Firefox, but rather what your project is attempting to do - killing a running process that is "hooked" in to Firefox.

I try to find solution myself.Stranglely IE and Chrome don't have this problem, and it's difficult to solve the problem because the error trace is not detailed.The only thing i know is that the crash does matter with jvm,i don't know the code in which function or which line cause this problem.
