I have reinstalled mozilla, tried in safe Mode, clear All Browsing Data,installed latest flash player but i could not find any solution. i am Attaching screen shoot so you can help me.

The screenshot didn't get attached. Can you try to attach a screenshot another time?

  • Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot
  • Make sure that you do not exceed the maximum size of 1 MB

Do a malware check with several malware scanning programs on the Windows computer. Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. All these programs have free versions.

Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

You can also do a check for a rootkit infection with TDSSKiller.

Are all CSS files loaded if you check that in the Web Console (Firefox/Tools > Web Developer)?

You can open the Web Console (Firefox/Tools > Web Developer). Check on the Network tab if content from a specific domain is blocked and has a file size 0 (zero).
