REALLY PISSED:hello just crashed all my open tabs, which I need. How do I get them back?

Had many open tabs, with important information I need. Just got the Hello page with no warning, and tried to restore my session but everything is gone. What I do to get them back? This is very frustrating. I didn't ask for any download, but the Hello thing just wiped out all my open tabs, which I was counting on. Thanks for helping me resolve this.

Hi digitaldames, There are a couple of ways that you can restore a session after Firefox closes:

In order to prevent this from happening, please consider an add on to back up the sessions like Session Manger.
