Want to get into my Charter Email and I cant get past updates, have no idea HOW or WHAT I need to update

i dont have a degree in computers, please explain how I can bypass these updates in plain English and get into my Email. Updates has a long list but dont show which ones I need or how to update.

Please post a screenshot of that updates list you referred to.

It is best to use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed a maximum file size of 1 MB.

Then use the Browse .... button below the Post a Reply text box to upload the screenshot.
