In FF 34 animated with CSS3 SVG (inside SVG itself) does not work if used as a background-image

When CSS3 animations are used within the SVG they seem not to be working if this SVG is used as a background-image. The SVG itself working fine if opened in the browser. My SVG code is here: http://pastebin.com/cAyGz5eZ
