Just wondering where your writers learned how to write their help docs because they are soooo much like microsofts help which is no help at all

there is no help for people who have obviously learned to write help docs from Microsoft .... which is and always has been a study in confusion at a very very high level ... what will it take for the learned to understand simplicity is blissful and FUN? ... Einstein explained what I am pointing to like this "If you can not explain it simply you don't understand it well enough." :)

hello bodene, can you point to particular articles and certain parts of them that you find confusing? there's certainly always potential to improve things - the mozilla knowledge base is a wiki, so it's open for anybody to participate and work towards that goal ;-)
