Firefox 30.0 won't use external Acrobat Reader

Can change options for external or internal Adobe Acrobat. Makes no difference, I get an error message saying that my version of Acrobat Reader is too low. However, I am using 11.0.7. That is what Windows says, and that is what Firefox says about the plugin. But Adobe say that 11.0.7 cannot issue that specific error message, so Firefox is not using 11.0.7, even though it says it is.

Somehow both Reader 9.5 and 11 were installed. Even though Firefox said it would use v11, it used v9.5
