when i use Chrome or edge to access yahoo email I can write & edit. when using Firefox browser; I cannot write & edit/highlight/change text colours etc before sending. tried deleteing & re-installing Firefox . please help. Driving me crazy rsvp

I use a paid for subscription to Gemini AI. It often creates "visuals" for me apparently using JSON code. These do not show up at all. Moreover, the buttoms and other UI controls do not display well in Firefox. Is there a way to fix this?

Hello, I've been using Firefox for years, but last couple months or so - it's been losing Internet connection - I have to stop and restart it and all ok - somtimes for 5 mins - sometimes for 15 or so - but it's doing my head in :) Any help appreciated - Thanks

I go to various websites, in this case https://go.valcom.com/EZ-GW1Rezipinstallationmanual (as well as other pages on this same site) and when I try to look at a manual or specs in pdf format, I get a blank screen and the URL looks like the go. and everything after the .com are grayed out. These work fine in Edge and Chrome. This also happens in Troubleshoot mode. No hardware or software changes on my desktop.

I can't download some pdfs, notably my bank statements. I CAN download some pdfs. Eg, I can download my car manual (although it's a process of downloading it to my Google Drive). However, trying to download my bank statements, Firefox gives me no options at all, and, indeed, I get an error message. Yet I CAN download my bank statements using Google Chrome! I've carefully checked all my Firefox settings, but nothing seems to address this problem. I've spoken to my bank, and they don't know why I can't download them either. When I try to download the statements, I get a screen saying it can't give me a 'Preview' (see attached screenshot), but there's a 'Download button. When I click that I get a white screen with the 'error' message:

Hello, i recently upgraded from a 4k monitor to a dual 4k ultrawide monitor, and have been having visual issues specifically on firefox and no other applications. when firefox is out of focus and i have a different window selected, the text in the firefox window becomes blurry

Whenever I sign in to my VA account, I check the box to "Remember this browser" (as attached), but it never works. VA IT told me it was an issue with the browser (i.e., Firefox). This might have just been their way of making me go away quietly. (Blowing me off!) But I thought I'd check with you anyway. Can you help? Thanks

It seems to be related to video playback but not sure. It was happening while a video was playing full screen, and also after stopping playing/hiding a non-full-screen video.

To catch the issue had to screen record at 240fps. I used Nvidia Overlay to record the issue, but was happening before the overlay was even enabled.

Disabled all addons, made no difference. HW acceleration on or off, still happened.

Can you help me repair my FireFox Browser? The shortcut did not launch the browser. It stated that the file had moved or was no longer working. It still appears in my App folder but the only option is to uninstall it. I have a great deal of short cut tabs and all my stored passwords. How do I repair this? If I re-download Firefox will it access all of my stored information and preferences?

Wäre es nicht Sinn voller mal Firefox so zu Optimieren das er nicht gleich 50% des Arbeitsspeicher belegt. Ich beobachte schon länger das wenn Firefox eine weile Läuft sehr viel Ram braucht. Da gibts andere Browser wie Brave die viel weniger Ram belegen als Firefox.

Könnt ihr da nicht mal ansetzten und was Optimieren Bei den Ram Preisen Aktuell kauft man sich ja kein neuen RAM.

I use Firefox in Windows 11, but when I close it and reopen it, my three open tabs are gone, it is supposed to open them, as checked in settings. I see the same thing happening in the MacOs, but no answers for Windows either.

Hi! I have been using Firefox for quite some time, and as of yesterday I have encountered a problem. Any site I try to watch video on, be it Twitch, Youtube, etc., the videos now pause every 1-2 seconds to buffer for 4-5 seconds. The progress bar at the bottom of the Youtube videos will say they are loaded well passed the point its stopping to "buffer" at, and this is only occurring on Firefox, I have tested other browsers and am not encountering this issue. Troubleshoot mode also doesn't change anything, and neither does private browsing.

title sums it up mostly. I've entered troubleshooting mode; no discernible difference. When I switch profiles the issue is resolved even with the same YouTube account. Tried clearing the cache, nothing. Most recent version of Firefox, windows 11.

Last month I installed Firefox on my brand new Windows 11 PC. The PC is set up using UK English as the default language and all the applications, including Norton extensions in Firefox v 153.0.3 (64bit), install in English.

The one exception is the Norton AntiTrack extension downloaded and installed from MS Store. It installs in English on MS Edge, but on the same day installed from MS Store on Firefox in French.

I have uninstalled AntiTrack and Firefox from my PC and then reinstalled them after rebooting, but it still insists on reinstalling in French. I can find no way to change the language setting in AntiTrack.

Does anybody have any suggestions to solving this problem.

NB AntiTrack also installs in English on our Android tablet and phones.

After the most recent Firefox update all my bookmarks were scrambled. For example, when I open one marked Bank of America, I get Go Daddy. How do I restore my bookmarks to what they were before the update?
