I was told my bank that there has been an issue with firefox since the last upgrade. I can sign into my account, but if I try to do anything or click on anything, the site locks up and I can not do anything except for sign out. They told me that it was on your end and that you needed customers to reach out. It's becoming frustrating that I can't use firefox for this application. I can get into my account and do what needs to be done with other browsers. What can you do on your end. The bank is Mission Federal Credit Union. Thank you! I recently started having a problem with my banking website. Before I could investigate or report it, Mozilla released a bug fix 1923500 "Firefox 131 Enhanced Tracking Protection major breakage of multiple banks Bill Pay services" I have updated to Firefox 131 however, there may still be a problem, however before I report it I'd like to verify if it's simply that their link is broken. What happens is that it sends me back to the login screen, I navigate to the Payment Inquiry again, click the link... rinse and repeat... in an endless loop. I suspect that the URL is malformed because there is nothing following the "=" sign. I would expect something to follow the equal sign. Is this indeed a bad URL? Should I pursue with my bank? I only ask because is seemed more than a coincidence that this occurred near the same time as bug fix 1923500.

Suddenly getting endless warnings from Mozilla/Firefox (with McAfee-like logo) warning of major virus contamination of laptop. "Click to delete immediately" has no effect. Suggestion to run McAfee scan show 5 major problems but McAfee profile says account paid thru August and no breaches in last four years. Says too soon to renew. How can I clear the problem if there really is one? D.

I have an odd problem with a friend's Firefox and Thunderbird on Windows. The font changed to white in the address bar, the tab titles, some content on websites, some elements of the settings etc.

From what I can see there is no difference to my settings under "Language and Appearance". When I create a new profile either with the profile manager in Firefox or by renaming "%appdata"\Mozilla Firefox", nothing changes. So I can rule out a custom userchrome.css or similar in the profile folder. When I switch to "troubleshoot mode" with the old or the new profile, everything looks fine.

It also affects Thunderbird, but no other programms.

I can't figure out, where the problem lies.

I am unable to use my bill pay with my bank using Firefox browser. However, I am able to use it logging on with Microsoft Edge. What has changed with Firefox recently? This has only become a problem as of today.

This is not good at all. I am now thinking of rejecting Fierfoy and moving to Opera or similar. Why did Morzilla take this fatal step?

Hello! I have Firefox and Google set to Dark Mode. Suddenly this week, when I do a search, the answers are coming up not in dark mode. I can hit refresh several times and it will eventually go back to being Dark.

I have checked and I am running the lastest version of Firefox and my Windows is up to date.

Does anyone have any ideas?

As noted by others about recently-prior versions of Firefox, version 129 ALSO fails to play videos (on Amazon Prime) at HD even though other browsers, Chrome and Edge as examples, work perfectly well. This problem MAY have started with a fairly recent version of Firefox (like 127 or 128). See the post right here by another user, earlier Firefox version, with the EXACT same problem:

Since 129.01 i cannot play HD Videos on amazon any longer. This Problem happened alot over the years. It really goes on my nerve. The only reason i cannot get rid of spyware like chrome is because its the only method to watch amazon videos reliably. SD only works, Widevine also had an update yesterday, so maybe its part of the problem. Anyway, did a Firefox reset, testet on another windows machine. Does not work anymore. Please fix it.

I am experiencing an issue with YouTube and some other websites not loading properly in Firefox. The sites continuously try to load but never fully display. I've attached a video link demonstrating the problem for reference: Video Link Video Link.

I'm having problems with a website constantly asking me to accept cookie permissions. It happens on some other sites occasionally, but this particular site is one that I use each day.

When I visit the site I get the cookie permissions box. I click accept all cookies. No matter how many links I click I am presented with the box yet again. It doesn't happen with Chrome, Edge or Brave.

I am 75 years old. I am RETIRED there is NO REASON for an organization to be in CONTROL of ANYTHING on my computer. How do I STOP THIS?

I don't know if this is related or not, but Something is BLOCKING my ability to use check boxes or circles. Sometimes I can see the box but my response is NOT VISIBLE. Tonight I was trying to complete a survey and the questions were visible but I was COMPLETELY UNABLE to see the answer boxes/circles. Sometimes they would be briefly visible when the page initially opened but QUICKLY DISAPPEARED and were NOT identifiable by manipulating my cursor using mouse, space bar, or tab bar.

I have stayed with Firefox as my default browser for several DECADES and PREFER NOT to change now. BUT this MUST STOP!

I have got a message: "Error: Platform version '130.0.1' is not compatible with minVersion >=130 maxVersion< =130.0" I can´t get any connection. What am I going to do and how can you help me?
