A WHILE BACK I OPENED FIREFOX TO SEE THAT ALL MY PASSWORDS WERE DELETED. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET THEM BACK WITH NO LUCK . DO YOU POSSIBLY HAVE MY PASSWORDS KEPT SOMEWHERE ?? OR AM I JUST OUT OF LUCK ??

Hello, I am currently using Firefox Beta and I would like to switch to the regular Firefox Release without losing any of my data (browsing history, bookmarks, passwords, add-ons, and settings). I would appreciate guidance on the safest recommended method. Specifically:

Is it safe to install the Release version over Firefox Beta, or could this cause data loss or profile conflicts?

What is the best way to create a full backup of my Firefox profile beforehand?

Should I expect any issues with add-ons after moving from Beta to Release?

Do you recommend enabling Firefox Sync as an additional safeguard, or is a profile backup enough?

In case something goes wrong, what are the recommended recovery steps?

I have created a website related to food, restaurant menus, and nutrition tools: https://nutritioncalculators.net/ https://nutritioncalculators.net/ . Everything works fine on most browsers, but I’m facing some issues on Firefox. Specifically, some features, forms, and interactive tools don’t always load correctly or behave as expected.

For example, the nutrition calculator tools sometimes freeze or do not respond when I try to use them in Firefox. I want to make sure my website works smoothly for all users, including those using Firefox.

Can someone please guide me on what might be causing these issues and how to fix them so Firefox displays all features properly?

I accidentally clicked remember on my credit card when checking out from a cite. I do not understand how to delete it. Every guide online says there is a tab under "Privacy & Security", but when I look for it it does not exist. I have tried searching, cross-referencing its placement in the menu from the videos, but I cant find it. I've cleared my data from the last 2 hours, but still no difference. From the videos it should be between Password and History, but the setting is not there.

Not a question, but I am vying for your "Least Important Problem of the Day" award. Mozilla makes great products. And,

The recent new "window fades away" when closing Firefox (or upon saving a file) is weirdly annoying and unnecessary imho. Obviously not a deal breaker, but I'd prefer if the window just closed. I don't need to wistfully watch it fade away. Thanks for the chance to offer input. Why am I even writing this.

I sure hope my bookmarks don't disappear like folks I'm seeing here today.

Hello I have an issue going on with the autofill info that I use. When I type my name, my 1st name comes out fine but when I type my last name it's now a misspelled last name. Seems like it all started with a new banking company that I'm with now. I 1st notice it there and I had to fill out forms to correct the info with them and it was kind of a hassle. I noticed that there was one extra letter added to my last name when I looking at my account info. Maybe when I was initially filling out my personal info with them, I might have spelled my last name incorrectly. I'm not sure. Sometimes I type words wrong. I'm not the greatest at typing. But since then I've noticed my auto fill info, my last name, has been bringing up that same incorrect last name. How can I fix that. I see solutions for editing addresses and passwords but nothing about names, personal info. Anybody know how I can fix this. It has become a nuisance. Thank you ahead of time.

I have no idea what Firefox did with the update but it made navigating my Substack a royal pain in the neck. I cannot post, cannot edit, cannot share posts. Very infuriating. I have had to go back to Edge to get these features to work. Dashboard link does not work. Share link does not work. Cannot post comments. Infuriating.

Whenever I use the picture in picture feature on Firefox to watch something while doing other things,it has randomly gained these black bars on the side of the image and I can't work out what is different? If this is a quick fix, I haven't been able to find it, sorry!

As I said in the subject, my sidebar moved to the right side of the screen, and now takes up over half of the entire screen. I think this can be fixed in settings, but I don't know how to do that. Can anyone help me with this problem?
