The last 2 days i have had problems signing into my Aliexpress account. The site has told me it is temporarily unavailable, then that the server is taking too long and now that parental controls have been used.

I am 68. I don't need or use my computer for sites that require parental control.

I've been using Firefox for several months since switching over when the migration to Manifest V3 in Chrome gained momentum. Initially, Firefox worked flawlessly, but over the past couple of months I've encountered a recurring issue where downloads often fail -- sometimes right at the start and other times midway through -- especially with larger files.

I've encountered this issue across multiple machines, and changing the destination drive where the files are saved hasn't made any difference. Interestingly, the same files download without any issues in Chrome, so I've ended up relying on Chrome exclusively for downloads.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Just as the summary says, Used to have an icon that I put under the "hamburger" menu on the bookmarks toolbar that opened the bookmarks menu. Can't remember how I got it there. Can someone help me get it back.

I am looking to turn on review checker and cannot see how to do it. I don't have the price tag icon displayed nor do I have any reference to Review Checker in my settings. I'm wondering if my version of Firefox supports it (133.0). Any ideas?

I clicked on a link in an email and FF began opening it. It then stopped and gave a message that the site was causing FF to run slow. That was an understatement, as FF never continued and didn't fully open the site. I copied the URL to Chrome and it had no problem quickly opening the site. What do I need to fix in FF to make it happy again? How to search for installed (both enabled and disabled) addons extensions in Firefox browser like chrome does via "chrome://extensions/" in 2025?

It is quite surprising that in 2024-25, firefox still doesnt have any option to search for installed addons via "about:addons". You can only search for addon site, not for those installed on your device and profile and browser.

Is firefox team really updating their browser for 2025 when compared to chrome?

I read online that Firefox is planning on implementing AI features. Given the track record of AI in other browsers leaking private information, bogging down connectivity, and generally being a nuisance towards users, I was wondering if there will be opt out features in future updates? Or know of forum threads that will update with tutorials on how to turn off AI features?

If not, does anyone on this forum have recommendations for no-ai browsers?

When i try to insert a screenshot through the clipboard on google or yandex image search, the original image is corrupted. Even i try to upload an image via classic upload-button the same problem reproduise. On other sites there is no similar problem, as well as trying to insert the same image but inside the application windows.

Your PC doesn't have an app that can open this link. Try looking for a compatible app in the Microsoft Store.

Is this Microsofts way of saying "Use Edge?" Can I change settings to make it work?

Whenever i search something on google, firefox desktop (all fine on android) is failing to display the ai(gemini) answer no matter what questions i ask.

Same happens in the "AI Mode" option that is available in google's recent update.

And, I,m logged in.

This started since a week, everything was working fine before that.
