I can't scroll down my Outlook Email folders. I have maybe 30 folders, but I can only see the first/top 12 or so, starting with Inbox, etc. I can scroll down my emails. I have asked Microsoft Support 3 times, so I have deleted addons, cleared cache, tried Private Window, but still no joy. The folders are all visible on my cell phone (Android), but I really want full use of Hotmail again on my laptop. It has been a problem for a few months. I cannot update my OSX, so cannot install/use another browser, and probably not update Firefox either from 78.15.Oesr. Thanks in advance.

Hi Guys,

I am using an older OSx version which I am happily using Firefox 78.15 with no issues. Last week I easily attended meetings via Google Meets with no problems to date, until today.

All of a sudden it states that my browser doesnt support it. I have tried all workaround, uninstalled add-ons etc.

Was there a sudden change? This will affact my day to day work if meets no longer works.

Any information please help

I know my password is " [edited from public] " but you keep saying it's wrong! Why? It has always been that! Please, I am trying to update Firefox as per your directions!

The bookmark dropdown submenus won't open any more. I can click Bookmarks>next random menu>next menu and it won't show the bookmarks. To be clear, I am going to a folder bookmark and then a sub-folder bookmark which won't show what is inside this sub-folder.

Any idea why this is happening?

I get this error message and then it shuts down if I don't stop it by deleting it....

“Error while installing” :Expecting value: line 1 column 1 (char 0) Fire Fox then shuts down if I don’t delete it.

I am experiencing more and more pages suddenly not working on numerous websites. I am working with an Imac running OS 10.9.5. I am experiencing problems with Firefox, Chrome and Safari and am having to revert to my Microsoft Lap top for a working browser.

Any ideas on this???
