I get this message every time malwarebytes runs. It is just annoying. My ISP claimed I was on a spamlist produced by a company they won't name, so I can't use thunderbird for sending emails, I'm reduced to accessing my emails on their website, which is really a nuisance.

I can't find any option of reloading / refreshing a web page in the drop down menus. I read in a forum someone talking about the 'Reload Button', but I don't know where to find it! Thanks for any help offered!

I accidentally deleted my yahoo toolbar and I've tried to reinstall it but it says that it is disabled and can't be enabled until I ask you guys to sign it. Could you guys do that for me?

In my Windows 10 Control Panel I see two installs of Firefox: 47.0.1 and 48.0. My application updater tells me that my version of Firefox 47.0.1 is a security risk and needs to be updated to 48.0, but when I run Firefox the version is 48.0. I'd like to get rid of the 47.0.1 stuff so my application updater doesn't get confused.

The obvious solution is to Uninstall the 47.0.1 version, but when I look at my Mozilla folders it's clear that only one version is installed. I expect that if I uninstall 47.0.1 I'll wreck 48.0 and I'd like to avoid reinstalling & configuring Firefox and all my add-ons. Maybe I'd be OK if I could remove the registry entries for 47.0.1 that the uninstaller is seeing, but I don't know how to do that. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Links to pages of my website are not showing up in Firefox. Well, they show up, but as black numbers and not blue links...except for 5 of 59 numbers. Everything is fine when viewing in Safari. See here: martybucella.com/biz5.html.

As was pointed out to me, the phony update download domain changes on a daily basis.

This time the phony site was IERAIDREAMLAND.ORG

I immediately went to the ICANN whois page and looked it up -- this phony update page was created by the EXACT SAME individual that did the last one (keeshelcuara.net) that popped up.

When I looked keeshelcuara.net yesterday, the record came up. Today ICANN Whois says it doesn't exist. However, I saved the page from that whois lookup, and from today's phony update popup.

Aside from the domain name,, all the other information matches - from the persons name to their address to their phone number. While this information is probably also phony, it would be great if there was an avenue for reporting this jerk.

On windows XP + Seven + 2008 R2, firefox -safe-mode crashes on startup. The version is 38.8.0 ESR. Trying to cleanup to no avail.

I have a convertable laptop/tablet computer (Lenovo yoga). When you switch to tablet configuration, it changes website formats to a tablet or cell phone format. I did this recently with a website that I use frequently, and now it won't switch back to normal computer format. I even tried reinstalling Firefox and it still comes up in cell phone format, which is clunky to use on a laptop. How can I switch it back? Thanks! LKP

I work for help desk and i am trying to find a solution to customer which uses Firefox as main browser, but we need to change the location of bookmarks and be able to syncronize on OneDrive and all new bookmarks need to be put here.

Hi, I am using FF bokmarks since Years without any issues. I regularly backup them. Since the last windows 7 enterprise update they have all disappeared and I can't restore them from my backup file.

I get the message "Unable to process the backup file"

Please can you help me to sort this out as I am using bookmarks for professional usage?

In addition, please let me know if I can get a readable vision of all bookmarks saved in my backup file?

Firefox 48.0.1 crashes when I click on an Internet Shortcut for Facebook and Meraki Dashboard. I can open Facebook and it doesn't crash when I am in Firefox and enter facebook.com in the address bar. ONly from a shortcut.

I have 24GBRAM on Windows 10 Pro. All other URL's seem fine. I have disabled hardware acceleration, updated Flash Player, tried safe mode but nothing helps.

I've been using an old e-mail add-on for years quite safely, why has Firefox 48 decided for me that I can no longer use this add-on?

As it's an older add-on not being updated, it's hardly likely to be "signed" now. It's disappointing when you are told that all of a sudden you can't use an add-on you prefer to use which causes no problems. I thought Microsoft were the only controlling company

I recently notice the changes on FireFox 48.0.1 where the address bar drop down fonts has been made smaller, wondering if there is anyway to make the address bar drop down fonts bigger or as it was in the previous versions?

I already have a short sight vision & wear glasses by making the font size smaller than previous versions is current a big problem for me at the moment.

What's going on with 48.0.2. Never got a message that 48.0.2 was available. Kept getting message that prev. version was the latest so I followed the recommendation from this site to download and install 48.0.2 and since installing it firefox has been crashing on a regular and annoying basis. Any solutions???
