The discord web app detects my microphone input, but it does not detect the output. I've tried troubleshooting my earphones and using the device speakers. I've also tried checking the windows sound system, the browser permissions as well as clearing cache. I've gone over this with the discord staff and they said that the firefox team would be able to handle the situation better, as the problem does not persist between different browsers.

I saw a message that my Add-ons were disabled, and when I checked the Add-ons Manager , each of my many Add-ons had a message similar to: "1Password – Password Manager could not be verified for use in Firefox and has been disabled. "

Some searches in the forums suggest that that this can be caused my a certificate at Mozilla expiring, I seem to be the only one with this issue at the moment. All of my Add-ons came through the Mozilla store .

I am using version 123.0.1 (64-bit) on OpenSUSE Leap 15.5, and as far as I can see all of my updates are current (and from the official sources.)

What should I do next? I expect I need to wait for a certificate update or something at Mozilla, but if/when that happens how do I verify it did and re-enable my add-ons?

I don't like, or use, social media, I don't want a robot telling me what I should be interested in. I have tried on numerous occassions to stop Pocket appearing on Firefox. All have failed.

Does Mozilla not allow me to stop Pocket?

This is going to start out sounding like a Google problem, but please read the whole thing. I have a new Windows 11 Dell, and I normally run Firefox. When I wasn't able to attach a file to a gmail email I went to Google Account Help. It suggested that I delete cookies and cache, which I have now done several times. Now the problem is that I can't get to Gmail from Account Help. I have deleted everything that Firefox History will let me delete, and no matter how I try to get to it I cannot get to Gmail. It keeps me in Google Account Help.

Here's why I think I have a Firefox problem. In frustration I opened MS Edge. It let me get to Gmail, and it let me attach the file to my email. It seems to me that if I were having a Google problem, it wouldn't matter which browser I was in. As soon as it saw my email address it would put me in the same place. That's my reasoning anyway.

Suddenly I cannot open my msn.com email service. I just get a blank page. I opened Chrome and the email opened promptly. Could it have become Blocked...if so, where would the list be, OR where can I check to see if that is the case. All other tabs open just fine

I had a new windows installation done without backing up the firefox profile while foolishly resetting the firefox password too without using the recovery key and effectively losing my current data.

Is there anything that could be done to restore the data to my account or is that the end?

Good Afternoon, the FOE Helper extension stopped working properly with its latest update 3.6.2.0, specifically the event assistants. I have rest Firefox and reinstalled the FOE helper extension, still broken. It was working fine until the last update. Any ideas on how to get it working completely again?

I've got a set of core bookmark folders set up. When I'm in a window with all tabs open in that folder, how can I update the tabs without manually having to go to each one that is new? It would seem a horrible task to have to compare which tabs are already saved in the folder, to whichever new ones I've added! Thank you!

Using Ebay, I can simply no longer view "sold/completed" items (not talking about my own items). I've been using Ebay and Firefox for many years. Just recently it does not allow me to see the sold items. On my wife's computer (right along side mine) hers works. I contacted Ebay, they say the problem is not on their side. I tried using another browser and it does work correctly. - I do not want to switch from Firefox as my main browser. I even uninstalled Firefox and re-installed it but got the same result. Hi, Suddenly today I am having an issue(s) with ebay. When I go to add something to my cart I get a brief pop up that I am unable to interact with before it disappears. I reset and cleared everything and attempted to relogin to ebay. The password field suddenly would show. I insured all the plugins were disabled and I disabled the tracking protection.

Only after I rebooted into troubleshooting mode could I get the password field and afterward I was able to add an item to my cart. I tried adding a different item into my cart after turning off the troubleshooting mode and once again an item with not add to my cart.

UbuntuStudio 22.04 uses the Firefox Snap package by default. The latest automatic update does not display pages correctly in normal mode, but does work correctly on Safe Mode. Snap.io lists only the latest version of Firefox so I was unable to ask snap to revert to the previous release (prior to 5 Mar 24) and by the time I had tried to investigate the previous version was no longer cached. I did not see a way to force a fresh download of firefox from the latest channel on snap.io.

I tried the snap beta channel for v124, but that exhibited the same problems.

I tried adding a symbolic link to colors.css after seeing firefox complaining that it could not be found when started from the command line. That removed the error/warning message but did not clear the problem with normal mode.

I use the en-GB locale extension only. The technical details about my PC are as follows:

I have now downloaded v123 and installed it in my local home directory, and that version is working well. I have removed the firefox channel via snap. It is likely to be a fault in the construction of the snap for v123 that was not present for v122 prior to 5 Mar 24.

There is a very bothersome extension that affects streaming of shows on Paramount +. It keeps reinstalling itself without asking me, to I allow it. Im attaching a screenshot of the extension, including its author, etc.
