My Firefox browser has been crashing for a while now (Years). It's fine playing YouTube and BBC iPlayer but when I advance the time marker to a different part of the stream or video, it crashes. It also has a problem when playing slots. It seems to crash a lot making it impossible to play.

I have tried using Firefox in Troubleshooting Mode but the same things happen.

I'm facing this problem of sound disappearance. I was casually browsing on YouTube when suddenly my sound went off. I thought maybe it was the internet but no everything was okay I also checked my speaker it was ok. Then I found out Firefox was unable to generate any sound. I tried to re-install but didn't work. Can you give me a solution?

I am using Firefox 136 browser and browsing my browser sound suddenly has disappeared. The PC sound is just fine with other applications, even with Opera browser I tested. Help is needed.

FireFox updated to 136.0 (64bit), running on Winders11. Youtube does not play video. No error messages. no audio no video no buttons to click on to start. I really need to get this running. Your help is much appreciated. Thanks Stan W8SRD

Is there a way to force the video to continue playing after closing picture-in-picture player? It's a hassle to go back and forth every time since the pip player is blocking something.

This issue just appeared. Video will not play in Firefox. Windows10 PC, up to date with latest versions, as is Firefox. There is no error message or code. Just the spinning wheel. I see other people are having the same issue but I haven't seen a solution. Any ideas or help appreciated.

Samsung Frame 85" 2023 with GTX 1050Ti GPU, HP G4 SFF, i5-8500, Win 11 Pro 26100.3194

TV signal, and audio cuts out (black screen) when using mouse arrow to drag scroll in side bar. Also gives a loud audible "click" as sound is temporarily cut out. ( Most probably whole HDMI signal is cut)

Black screen bug happens randomly with You tube with no mouse or keyboard action, but 100% repeatable with this website when scrolling :

Recently decided to try Mozilla for Windows. There is such a problem, and only on Mozilla: the video is very overexposed, the brightness is high, like in a fog, and on all video services, including YouTube. At the same time, I checked on all the other 3 browsers - everything is fine with the video. I did not change any settings in Mozilla, everything is by default. How to fix it?
