My manage exceptions list is now being cleared out and clearing out all the cookies and site data with it when I close my browser with the "Clear cookies and site data every time you close Firefox" checked off.
It should only be clearing out cookies and site data for everything outside of the allowed things in the managed list.
Check that Firefox has permission to access the web (you might be connected but behind a firewall).

As above - my Mac computer is on the OS High Sierra v. 10.13.6 . Which won't allow me to use the latest Firefox versions, and I am using the esr-update channel to run Firefox v 115. This in turn won't let me run the Mapbox GL you say is necessary to run OS Maps - which I have been paying-for and using without problems for several years. Since I am not prepared to buy a new Imac just to continue using OS Maps please explain how you advise me to get over this problem using my existing setup. If that is not possible then I will have to ask for a refund of my subscription and I'll use a different maps application.

Currently Running Firefox 158.0(64-bit)mint-001 - 1.0 Linux Mint 21.3. This actually started with 157. This peculiar to the System Package version ONLY. The versions on Flatpak Mint, Windoze, iOS or Android have the problem.
In brief, If the text in a Youtube post exceeds approximately 150 characters, excluding the dots(periods), when the preview is clicked on then the post itself only shows that text and the expected "Read more" is missing. What is visible are three dots in what appears to be a far smaller font thus making me believe the link to the script that does the reveal has been suppressed.
Unless there is something hidden in about:config to cure this there doesn't seem to be any way around this.
Ideas would be welcome

Now all my own documents have been frozen and I am unable to make any alterations or continuation of text. I am desperately worried. I am 83 years old and started using computers relatively late in life. I am a complete 'generational novice'. It seems as if Microsoft has had some input. Please help

Hi, I’m using Firefox [version] on Windows [10/11]. When I try to download MP3 files from a web tool (I was using Spotload to save music for offline listening), the download either doesn’t start, shows “failed”, or the file is blocked.
Firefox version: [likho] What happens: [download start nahi hota / “failed” aata hai / file khali hai] Tried so far: restarted Firefox, checked download settings, disabled extensions, tried a different folder.

It is really sad that there is no way to contact mozilla directly The update installed on my Windows 7 64 bit is now storing cookies for Proton Mail and that makes the storage amt increase from 29Kb to 78Kb and I am not happy that I can not find a way to remove or revert the update so detail steps to complete that process would be nice. As for my future use of Firefox and involvement with Mozilla I am very seriously considering NO further use of both and your claims are starting to become lies you are permitting tracking in my view of this behavior Community Members should not be dealing with these concerns GET OFF your lazy back side Mozilla
