Since the last update, I have noticed that some websites/webpages are no longer available, one of which is Lincoln Financial. I can only get so far and I get errors. It is NOT on Lincoln Financial's end, as the site/pages open perfect in Chrome and Safari. This is something new with the security/privacy in Firefox, I am assuming. I need to be able to access this sight, as it is my Long Term Disability site/page, which I need to have communications with.

I think this is going to have to be dealt with on more than a simple help thread. this is going to have to be dealt with with tech support.

I would like to install the Pangram extension to Firefox. Can you check it to see if it is ok? It seem like a reliable company and I think it will help me sort out AI generated content from human.

I changed ISP's this week and my computer connects via Ethernet cable through my router. I have no real issues accessing the internet. But after waking from sleep or restarting, Firefox displays the network login prompt. How do I get rid of it? Thanks.

I have been told to disable my ad-blocker by some commercial web sites and I understand that. But I am also not seeing charts and other non-ad items on web sites such as this one: https://www.medscape.com/viewarticle/alcohols-health-myth-over-how-tell-patients-2026a1000map?ecd=wnl_tp10_daily_260703_MSCPEDIT_etid8475291&uac=146695DK&impID=8475291. I don't want to change my default browser but this is a recent development that seems to be impairing my viewing of pertinent items placed on legitimate web sites. On my personal computer, I have a Profile for work and I was logged in via a Mozilla account using my work email address

I've recently set up a similar thing on my work computer. Signed in using Mozilla account. I have since noticed that on my personal computer it says "Account disconnected."

I'd like to sign in again and sync them so that I always see the same settings, shortcuts, open tabs etc on both computers. But if I sign in right now, will I lose the customizations I've made on the work computer? Which computer will it consider to be the "source" of the newly synced information?

Starting today (7/8/26), Firefox opens with a "cannot connect" message, have tried multiple online suggestions including downloading and "reinstalling" but nothing works

By Firefoxwss working great the last time I used it it is the primary search engine for my iPhone 17 as well as my Mac however, when I loaded it today it the screen just said blank. All of my bookmarks are on Firefox. How do I get this fixed quickly? I am, right now being edited. I’m sitting here looking like a fool because I chose to use Firefox rather than Safari or Google. First question they ask me why are you using Firefox. And then, of course, Firefox /x I/ dies all of my bookmarks are on Firefox. Firefox will not open! I have used Firefox for the last nine years. Never had a problem until today when I needed it not to have a problem.

I recently made the switch to Firefox full time a few weeks ago, and in that time, I have been getting more and more annoying at how Firefox renders Youtube.com.

If I'm on my feed, and I click to watch a video, watch it and go back, I never know what I'm going to see when it goes back a page. Obviously it goes back to youtube.com, but I never know if it's going to load at the top of my feed, or about ten rows down. Even if I click a video in the very first row, and then go back a page, it may or may not load at the top of my feed. I could also actually click a video on the tenth row, and then when I go back, it might load at the top of my feed, though that is not as common, it has happened. It also sort of, kind of, reloads the page when it goes back, but never goes back to the point on my feed at the spot where the video I just watched is, as Chrome and Brave do.

This is not how Chrome or Brave do things, and yes, I know they use a different engine, and I'm sure that's the reason for this issue. Chrome or Brave, if I'm watching a video and click back to my feed, they are much better at loading what is in cache, even if I the video was on the 100th row. I can then manually refresh if I want to.

Firefox unable restore session when switching profiles and instead opening apps installed on the profile I'm switching to.

I have installed Whatsapp web (web.whatsapp.com) on "Profile 1" as a Windows app.

I have some tabs open in "Profile 1" and I switch to "Profile 2" and close the "Profile 1" window with "X" button of Windows 11 but keep the Whatsapp window open.

When I open the "Profile 1" from profile menu, my expectation is that, those previous tabs should be restored, but firefox is opening the Whatsapp web app/window.

OS: Windows 11 23H2 Firefox: 152.0.4

No audio in browser, audio works fine in other browsers, my headphones work fine, my button is not muted. I had to switch to Chrome because of this issue. Tried looking for all possible audio settings but nothing fixes the problem. Everything is like it is suppose to be. Even tried reinstaling mozila firefox - it didn't help. Thanks for help. Saša

This morning I was signed out of my VPN and it didn't even open when I logged into my PC. I was getting targeted ads when I opened my browser so was confused. Opened the VPN, was logged out and search around the internet, unprotected, to try and gain access again.

Now, what is the point in a VPN if I have to rummage around the internet all the time first in order to hide my presence. Why? was I automatically logged out? Why were the settings on my computer changed such that the VPN was no longer enabled as a start-up app? How often will I be logged out of my account in the future? Why does Mozilla of all companies still think I am logging in from a different location every time when I access my account even without the use of their VPN?

I'll be able to get some peace of mind if these questions are answered and I'll be able to change my provider if not.

When I start my computer I want my "startup" tabs to open in the order I want; [app.Inbox.com, AOL.com, mail.google.com (xxx00xxx@gmail.com), mail.google.com (xxxxxx00@gmail.com)]. ALSO ‘sometimes’ at startup TWO tabs for app.Inbox.com appear and I don't want that.

I was switching computers and created a backup file. The type was html oddly. I tried to restore this backup on two different computers and both times it fails during the restore process without presenting a useful error message.

I can only guess that the file is corrupt, but it is only a guess since the error message is useless. It also seems strange that the backup didn't produce any errors (manual backup). Any suggestions?

I have horizontal tabs in Firefox 152.0.4 on a Macbook with Tahoe 26.5.1. My tabs have suddenly reversed order, so that the most recent ones are at the left and the older ones towards the right. Strangely, if I open a new tab it appears to the right of the current tab. I tried closing Firefox and reopening, but it did not change anything. Is there a way to restore usual order of tabs so that the newer ones are at the right?

When using a tab inside a collapsed tab group, if "open link in new tab" option is used, the tab group expands unprompted. As a result I have to keep collapsing the tab group again and again and again, slowing down the browsing experience. Is there a fix for it?

For the last 2-3 weeks, the browser has been freezing when opening new tabs. This doesn't happen all the time, but the same tabs can open correctly or the browser stops working when they are opened. The work stops for 10-20 seconds. The browser does not respond to clicks, but if you press the Win key, the window turns bright and "not responding" appears on top of the frame. I was trying to solve this problem on my own. I ran it in safe mode, disabled hardware acceleration, updated drivers for the integrated graphics and discrete graphics card, disabled all extensions, created a new profile, reinstalled the browser completely - none of this helped, the browser still freezes when opening new tabs. I also cleaned the download history, changed the proxy settings, and disabled Windows Defender. What else can I try to do to fix the browser?
