All my bookmarks and toolbar are gone after you forced me to upgrade firefox. YOU CAN HELP ME BY NOT FORCING ME TO UPDATE AND THEN DELETING ALL MY IMPORTANT BOOKMARKS AND THEN ACTING LIKE YOU WANT TO HELP ME BUT INSTEAD WASTE MY TIME WITH ALL YOU JACKOFFS THAT ACT LIKE THEY KNOW THE ANSWERS. I was just scrolling through passwords on my Firefox password manager and found 2 passwords that didn't belong to me I deleted them but am now concerned as to how they got there. I have never visited that site before so could not have saved a password.

I cannot remember the other spurious one I deleted (as have had a general tidy up whilst I was there) but it gave my user name as 'scottish' which is something I would not use as I am not!

Can anyone shed any light on how these passwords which have not been generated by me are showing in my Firefox password manager please? I have run Microsoft Defender and Eset but neither showing any issues.

Just after the last update (131.0.2), PaperPort SE 14 has been crashing whenever I attempt a Save or Save As operation, either on new scan or previous scan. This happens ONLY when Firefox is running. (Doesn't matter what site or URL and also occurs during Troubleshoot Mode.) If I close Firefox, the operation(s) are successful, just as they have been for many, many years. (Nuance stopped supporting PaperPort around 2015). I also do not have any problems when I use a different browser (Edge or Chrome). There was also a Windows update on the same day as Firefox was updated but that seems irrelevant since the crashes do not occur under other browsers. Also, it doesn't seem to be in the "main' program PaperPort, but more so in "ImageView" which is used to edit or modify a new or existing scan. All operations from the main program, including Save & Save As, operate normally so it doesn't seem related to file permissions, etc. And why would there be problems only when Firefox is running?

Apparently there's a new PDF feature that shows up on the right in a sub-window whenever I try to view a PDF. "Now you can highlight your PDFs!" it screams. Unfortunately I can't use it nor can I get rid of all the "real estate" that it takes up. I'm using a fully-updated FF browser on an ASUS E410 with Win11 H23. I've tried every possible option to change the FF magnification or my screen size. NOTHING WORKS. Before this thing intruded my space for viewing PDFs or changing PDF forms, everything was fine. Now I am forced to find another solution See attached.

After installing FF 131.0.2 last night I am getting frequent AVAST warnings about blocking PUSHCG.COM - URL:BOTNET, FF is identified as the executing program.

Trying to get on twitter, doesn't matter how I approach it I get redirected to a page that tells me my browser is not supported. Firefox is very much still listed as a supported browser.

Went through previous help discussions about this problem. I have made firefox forget twitter completely, and I've added it as an exception to enhanced tracking, neither of which have resolved the issue. I'm still only able to get to a page telling me my browser is not supported. It was working fine two days ago.

Any other suggestions?

I updated to 131.0.2 on a Win11 laptop. Now I am getting hit with frequent crashes involving web activities. I get a popup to submit the crash report but it fails with an "unable to submit report" message. I found a similar report that advised how to access the reports that spoke of a "submitted" folder. I do not find this folder, only multiple "pending" reports. They all contain only 10 bytes.

When I try to open up Firefox I get the following little box on a plain screen: Firefox Error: Platform Version '131.0.2' is not compatible with

     miniVersion >= 131.0.
     maxVersion <= 131.0.

So What can I do to correct this?

I recently updated FF to 128.3.0 ESR and have found that FF no longer appends the suffix to the url I tupe in the url bar. For instance, to go to yahoo.com all I had to do was type yahoo in the url bar and hit enter and FF would automatically add the .com and navigate to the site. This function has ceased to work since the latest update. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

I cannot get firefox to remember my passwords at all, the box save your passwords comes up, I click save every time, my passwords are set to auto fill but nothing ever gets remembered, any one had the same?

am wondering if you could help in a matter with Firefox, since seems to beg Firefox access problem, apparently due to a new feature in Firefox? It has to do with not being able to access Firefox, when I try to open PG&E, (Pacific Gas & Electric Company), as I usually do. I have searched and found that this is apparently a Firefox issue that is being caused by a new feature being utilized in Firefox. It appears that the issue is NOT a PG&E's problem, but some program in Firefox not being compatible with something in PG&E website. Also with this issue, I can't view videos in the news stories, because of thr privacy pop up, it says to allow advertising, which I don't select, since I have gone into Firefox settings and set the it to don't srll my info. And, btw, I was getting the pop up BEFORE I I changed the don't sell settings in Firefox. I have to copy the URL and paste it into Chrome to see the vidros in the news stories. Is there a work around in Firefox that can be used to access PG&E with Firefox, as I have read in a few forums that we need to ‘allow' Firefox from the PG&E web site, but that can't be done if we can't open it in the browser? Not sure if that info is accurate though. Why would Firefox be using a feature that doesn't allow all web sites, if that is the actual cause? When accessing the bookmarks from the top-right of the menu bar (the three line icon), the bookmarks shown are only the recent ones. Would like to see them all bookmarks there. How do I configure that?

When I pull up a page and the width is wider than my screen I'm not getting the option to scroll left and right. Can still scroll up down. I'm assuming it's a setting but can't find anything that makes change Thank you, Dan

Each time we open Firefox (ver 128.3.1esr) on our Win Server 2016 & Win 10 machines, we get this error: "Configuration Error: Failed to read the configuration file. Please contact your system administrator.". Anyone know what could be going on? Everything seems to work correctly. We haven't had any problems, but would like to get to the bottom of this error.
