I am in the process of moving all of our passwords into 1Password. However, I discovered that my wife has her Firefox set to auto login, but can't remember her user name and password. So, although she can use it, she can't change update the password. The fact that on setup, auto login is the default makes this doubly frustrating. So, is there any way to get to the password?

It has recently come to my attention that Mozilla may not continue to support Firefox browsers installed on Windows 7 computers after Jan. 2023, when the extended support for Windows 7 ends. Is that correct?

Will Firefox continue to work, but not receive security updates after that date?

Will Firefox still work on a Windows 7 computer that gets patches from 0Patch?

My Grandson loaded some type of coupon app and every time I log into some type of store etc. I get this coupon discount, he said it was on Mozilla Firefox. I want to delete it but I can't find it, can you help?

I've used gmail (with multiple email accounts) on Firefox for many, many years. I switch back and forth between my email accounts daily.

In the past few weeks, though, when I try to switch from my primary account to the others, it just defaults back to the primary. I've purged the cache, I've signed out and signed in. This does not happen on Chrome, just Firefox, which is why I've brought it here.

If I change the URL of the mailbox

to

https://mail.google.com/mail/u/1/#inbox

It will take me to another mailbox. I can then change that number to get to the others. But it shouldn't be that way. So ... what is going on? How do I fix it?

I just installed Add-on "Search by Image" with "Tin Eye". When I try to launch the program I get the Error Message, "Content scripts are not allowed on this page."

How do I correct this so that it works as advertised?

Dear Sir I went to an organization on 21/03/2022 for assistant on an issue, in processing the matter I need to open my yahoo mail box for the relate documents within my mail. A lady who assistant me use her lap top computer to open my mail box - I enter my pass word, then a window camp up to asked if I want to save my pass word (with dark color) or not,(with gray color) I was in a stage of rush I just click on right top Conner 'x' she took her computer to other room ( in where I can not see ) I was too naive and don't know if all of my mails had been read by them? - It is my privacy. When I got home I was worried and at next day I changed my yahoo mail pass word. As my pass words are saved within Firefox when I want to open a site it is auto fill the pass word. 1: Is my pass word will saved in that lady's computer? 2: Although I have changed my yahoo mail pass word is it safe? Can that lady able to get to Firefox to see my saved pass word and open my email box? - explore all my emails? Please help I am really worried. I look forward to hearing form you soon. Thank you. When I am watching a TV stream on my PC; when I hover on (some) pictures or videos, a supremely annoying pop-up url appears at the bottom of my screen. I have some learning problems and can not figure out the 'userChrome.css' method. I can not work with long streams of multiple overlapping instruction. I am not tech savvy. I do not understand 'layers' and stuff like that. I can do the 'about:config' thing, if anyone knows whether or not if I can fix it from there, I would be eternally grateful. Thanks.

I attempted to install a router but Mozilla sent a caution message that the brand (Net Gear) was insecure. Which brands are secure routers?>I have a Mac Book Air purchased a few months ago and have never had internet at home. This is first attempt. Thanks.

how do i add the trendmicro password manager ext to firefox . I think I have to OK the certificate, and I think i did it in the past, but I don't remember how. Elliot Trester

i'm using FF (version 98 at the moment) to print local files. It is key to me to edit header and footer for each print! the only solution i found so far to edit them at all, is to go to about:config and for example search for print.print_headerleft. Besides that is not usable at all, it simply doesn't work! The header and footer remain the same. Please tell me how can i change header and footer?

If you delete the, in my opinion much better "page setup", why don't you include all it's funktions in the new print dialog?

another problem is the size of the new print preview! it's much to small! make it resizeable please.

Or just give us back the "page setup". That would be a big advantage over chrome and edge, which suffer the same printing problems.

Since the last update to Firefox I have not been able to print using the system dialog. Only the new Firefox print screen comes up. How can I return to system printing dialog?

Also the ability to set print quality in the Firefox print screen does not exist. I can do copies, black or color, duplex printing, etc but not set the print quality like draft, text, photo, etc.

I also have many forms I've setup for printing and I can't access these.

I have always had my browser set to ask me where to save anything I'm downloading, as you can see by the attached screenshot. However, every single file I have downloaded for the past 2-3 days has first gone into my Downloads folder instead, forcing me to re-download the file in order to get it into the correct folder. If this was for personal usage, I wouldn't care, but having to continually download business files is getting old very very quickly. Firefox has been my default browser for the better part of two decades. I really don't want to switch to Chrome or Safari just because Firefox won't let a power user customize their usage experience.

I want to be able to print my .docx files without saving them first. I went to General and Applications. .docx is not in the list, so I'm unable to select how it handles these files. How do I add .docx to the list of content types?
