I purchased the Mozilla VPN a week or 2 ago and it seems unfair that now it's free and I wasn't informed that it was going to be free, or else I would have waited and not spent 100$. Am refunds possible?

I wanted to get a refund for the VPN I purchased but the instructions provided on your FAQ [ https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-do-i-request-refund-mozilla-vpn ] do not work. I have been unable to make a request.

VPN app was hanging up another app so I turned off VPN to complete my transaction. Now, when I turn it back on, it asks me to sign up or log in. Either option takes me to a screen I’ve never seen before. Attaching screenshot.

Yes I tried deleting/reinstalling the app.

I submitted a bug last to Bugzilla last Sep. that seems not yet to be assigned to anyone, and a bug two days ago that wasn't acknowledged. Is the Bugzilla site working? Should I be doing something else to report the bug?

What do you recommend for anti-virus software?? I Paid for Malwarebytes and that started a 4-month nightmare with inconsistent support from the company EVERYTIME I SIGNED ON COMPUTERS SAVED PROGRAMS WORKED DIFFERTLY. I install a free version of Avira same problems I installed a free version of AVG same problems
