After the latest update Firefox implemented a god aweful colour scheme. How do I get back to the defualt boring scheme I know and like?

Don't mean to complain about such a trivial thing, but on macOS the new icon for Firefox as of 106 just doesn't look right. It was PERFECT before this. Yes, I know I can copy and paste the old one into the new and it's problem solved, but figured I'd post here to see what everyone else thinks. Again, it's not the end of the world, but it just doesn't look right.
how to remove firefox view NOW? My kids changed the color and I can't restore it to nothing, there is no option for nothing.

The 10/18/2022 update changed the theme and color settings for my browser. It is practically unusable. Attempts to use other themes do not solve the problem. Every web page I have used since the update is affected. Screen clip attached. Besides killing my productivity today, this change has made FF unusable! How Do I get this Reset to Prior State?
PS: Just now, I try to click the box for "Email me when someone answers the thread" and it will not mark the box.
