I have recently discovered that Firefox is constantly sending data at around 3KBytes/S to a variety of Cloudflare servers.

What is the data that is being sent and why is this happening?

This has started to occur in one of the last updates to Firefox.

Currently running 151.0.4 (64-bit) on Windows

Does this constitute a privacy violation, what is the data that is being sent?

Dell recently re-installed my Firefox program but it seems to be an older version. Although I can find my bookmarks the bookmark toolbar is gone and that was a very handy feature. How do I update the program and get my toolbar back?

Until recently we had the use of AI Overview when searching. That has disappeared. How do we turn it on again?

I have to reset Firefox/Mozilla as my default browser every time I leave the browser and return. Each time I set it as my default browser, but I have to do it again and again. This is a new occurrence, as I have never had to do this until the last few weeks.

I really need some quality advice and will sincerely appreciate it if someone can guide me, because my head is spinning.

My Firefox program was recently re-installed by Dell. But it seems to be an older version and among other things I can't find my bookmark toolbar. So I'm hoping that updating Firefox will solver this problem.

Everytime I open firefox, a small window opens that tells me "Update available Download the latest version of firefox, Download or Dismiss". Hitting download saves the update for ver 151.0.4 to my harddrive. I have several of these files because of all the times I've updated forgetting that its already been updated to 151.0.4!

Why do you keep asking me to upgrade when I already did?

To get here I went to "mozilla support" and I clicked the box requesting you send me an email when someone replies to this. This "someone" implies that this person is part of your "community" not a mozilla employee, which is what "mozilla support" implies. After taking my time to follow your vague directives, I dont expect to get any help from you but I am hopeful.

I tried adding images which took me away from this page and when I tried coming back to this page, everything I typed was gone so I had to start over. So I'm not going to click on "share data" for the fear the same thing will happen. Thanks for that

As I run my hand up the lid of my lap top, I OFTEN hit the "X" on the browser and the PAGE CLOSES! I am so frustrated because all my tabs close and I see no way to get them all back open. WHY NOT? I know how to use "HISTORY" and under thT i USED TO BE ABLE TO TAP "RECOVER ALL TABS" i DON'T KNOW WHAT BROWSER that was... And if you had that option, I don't know what happened to it.

Das VPN lässt sich in der neusten Version optisch zwar aktivieren, scheint aber nicht zu funktionieren. Die 50GB bleiben ständig erhalten und reduzieren sich nicht , trotz durch Test´s mit erhöhtem Datenvolumen. Auch erreichen mich bei aktivierten VPN wieder vermehrt SPAM und Ähnliches.

When I start an email using the FF browser I'll type the address correctly but the text on the screen is gibberish. See attached photo. When I move the cursor to the subject line, the gibberish turns to plain text.

I can't copy it so I took a photo and attached it. I deleted Firefox and then reinstalled it. This did not fix the problem.

How do I fix this problem?

Firefox is up to date, Windows 11.

I frequently watch BBC videos but approx one week ago, they stopped playing. I have your VPN which is usually off as it give me no advantage, (this appeared following the last update), but I've tried switching on and changing to UK location. No change.

Can you give me some suggestions please?

For a while firefox has been having issues where on youtube in particular when tabs are closed they will continue to play audio for a bit after they are closed. More recently I have closed tabs and the audio keeps on going indefinitely after the tab has been closed. This is on the latest firefox (151.0.4 64 bit) on windows 11.

This only seems to happen with youtube and in general youtube playback is buggy, slow, and lags the whole browser taking several seconds to switch tabs to or from a youtube tab or even close it.

Starting on June 9 2026 my Rockland Trust banking website will not open also other bank websites not opening or take several minutes to open, also other websites not opening. All these websites opened before June 9 2026. I have done all the recommended steps even uninstalling an reinstalling Firefox. What did Firefox do, as I had made no changes. I can open all these websites on other browsers, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, etc. I want to keep using Firefox but I can't if websites won't open. Clare O'Brien
