Online purchases only work on about 50% of the websites I buy on. The most recent one was buying a gift card from Whole Foods. This is becoming so ANNOYING; before I finally switch to another browser, does anyone know how to fix this?

Hello mozilla support team I am Gina I have this problem for about two or three weeks now.I try to watch videos on mozzila firefox and I get gliches and sound dose'nt work.I don't have those problems on vivaldi at least at this moment. This question relates to version 134.0.2 (64-bit). This morning I started Firefox and found that many of my bookmarks were missing. On trying to restore from the program automatic backups, I get the repeated message "Unable to process the backup file." On examination, the files, while not in ASCII, appear to contain ASCII text strings recognizable from the bookmark descriptions. They are not, at least, empty. Unfortunately, I do not have an HTML format backup. Any idea why none of the backups work or what options I have? Thanks in advance.

I get a different UI when I open NotebookLM from google. My pixel tablet uses Chrome and it loads with the standard 3 panels but in Firefox I only get one screen. Everything else works in the program.

It seems certain sites are prone to fire popup tabs, with any click, right clicks included. I close them immediately and the second click acts normal, getting the nav result I was asking for. How to strength the popup blocking function to stop this distracting behavior? Thanks for any pointers. This may prevent me from staying on FF.

For weeks now google translate has not been working as it should, when I translate something it usually defaults to translating it to English, but if I change the language to any other than English it still only shows the English translation (or whatever language it got "stuck" on).

I have signed out and in of my google account, have the latest version of Firefox (134.0.2), refreshing the pages doesn't help. I don't have this issue in other browsers.

I downloaded a PDF and used Firefox to view the file. I'm trying to find key words in the PDF and I always get phrase not found. As a test I inputted a word I found in the document but find in page stated phrase not found. What am I doing wrong? I remember that I have used that feature in the past and it worked.

Hello, I clicked on a vendor link with a email on Outlook webmail and was refused a connection. Not even given a choice to bypass it. This is a reputable vendor associated with my professional work. Please let me know a work around for this browser behavior.

I have encountered an issue on some websites where the Japanese text is using the font "Microsoft YaHei" when it should be using "Meiryo." Some examples are on the website bluesky, and bold text on Twitter such as in usernames.

I originally thought it was an issue on my end or in Windows, but when checking other programs and websites such as dengekionline and the non-bold text on Twitter it is using the correct font which I have confirmed via the inspector under the font section. When starting Firefox in safe mode it seems to use the correct font on the previously mentioned websites, so I disabled all my extensions and themes and this did not resolve the issue. I did a Firefox Refresh and this also did not resolve the issue.

I am not familiar with the intricacies on the Firefox about:config to really delve into the exact cause, so I ended up just reverting back to Firefox 134. On Firefox 134 with my same extensions previously the font is now back to Meiryo as it should be which leads me to believe it is something that was changed in Firefox 135. One thing I am considering is that the Japanese text is being recognized as Simplified Chinese by Firefox 135 as Simplified Chinese uses the Microsoft YaHei font as a default.

I have attached some photos that shows my Japanese font settings, and the same post by a user one on Firefox 135 which is using Microsoft YaHei and another on Firefox 134 which is using the correct Meiryo. I have also tried disabling the "Allow pages to choose their own fonts, instead of your selections above" and then restarting on 135, but this did not resolve the issue. Thank you for your consideration.

I have notbyte messages popping up with Firefox logo on them. How do i stop this happening? Tried to uninstall notbyte but cant find it. Can you assist. Thanks, John Dobson

I can't log in to certain sites even though they've been on my favourites list for years, i.e. bank account and grocery shopping. I can log in to them using Edge , so what's gone wrong with Firefox. Is the latest updates to blame ???
