Hello, i want to know if i can use dark mode in the main web sites of mozilla, like support page or account page, becase it hurts my eyes when i want to switch from other sites where i at least can use some extension to fix it but all mozilla pages always bright white. What i have to do? Thanks

I imported my bookmarks through an html backup but I dont see them on the bookmarks bar and when I sync my chrome browser data everything is all screwed up How can I import my chrome data minus bookmarks

Will 'someone' please call me back So I can explain my question more specifically? My security protection program states IT is unable to update (or indicate that my Mozilla browser account is already updated) my Mozilla Browser to version to xxx.x.2? Thank You

I have both Win7 and Win10 on separate drives. I have been migrating from 7 to 10. From all appearances Firefox on both OS's are sync'd. I have asked for my passwords to be sync'd, yet they have not migrated to Win 10. Bookmarks have so I know something is working. Any advice? Thanks Chris

When I click on "Log in" to the top right of the page, it brings up statefarm.com's login page https://proofing.statefarm.com/login-ui/login?

My userid and password are pre-populated, thank you Firefox! So far so good.

But when I press the Login button, the page blinks to the Logout page, blinks again, and settles on the Logout page https://proofing.statefarm.com/login-ui/logout

Tried the same thing in Chrome, but this doesn't happen, and I am able to log in normally.

Certain websites I use such as for cities, files will not show up in pop up download windows. Where as they will if I'm using chrome. I could not find anything in settings to adjust.

When I click on Add-On Support it says Page Not Found. That's pretty basic. Screenshot attached. This is not a button/link for a specific add-on, it's for Firefox as a whole.

Additionally, when I use LastPass, the LastPass icon does not appear anywhere I can access it, which is a basic feature that works properly in Chrome. I use this add-on multiple times per day which makes it very difficult to use Firefox as my main browser because I can't do 2-clicks to get to my passwords, I have to go to lastpass.com and login to their website, even though the add-on is installed.

I have a new computer with windows 11 and eset. eset used to open my browser to specif bookmarks for my banks and brokerage accounts. but not now. what is wrong. 127.0.2 and eset 17.2.7.0

I have saved a lot of shortcuts bookmark on my homepage,yesterday when i opened my firefox,it was all gone and it went back to default homepage. what do i do to recover it.

Occasionally, and typically only after a reboot, Firefox starts consuming a significant amount of CPU time. This typically goes on for several minutes, and if I close and reopen Firefox, the process begins again. It's enough CPU that the fans kick on high through most of the process, and considering I'm only opening the browser (not even switching tabs to actively load any other pages), I don't know why it would do this. Similarly, if it were related to typical startup behavior, why doesn't it do this every time?

While I generally trust that this is intentional and is unlikely the result of malware, I'd still like to know why Firefox does this at all and what it's doing. I'm not sure if I can collect any logs or get any other info about this. From process monitors, it appears to be the main executable that's consuming the additional CPU and not any of the isolated instances.

I collected the troubleshooting information, and saved it, but I am hesitant to share without knowing what type of information is contained (and I can see some sensitive stuff like file paths)

I can't recover my bookmarks. I've used both available sites and it still isn't working. "Unable to process the backup file." And when I try to recover the HTML using the converter, it says; "JSON.parse: unexpected end of data at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data".

Using windows 11 on a desktop PC. Firefox has been my default browser for decades...issues have been very rare. But this is a catastrophic problem. One of those folders contains links to equipment mfrs, the other one has links to dealers and retailers. In the last month TWO folders and all their contents have vanished from my bookmarks sidebar and cannot be found anywhere on my computer. I NEED those folders...Where did they go and how do I recover them ?????

Help to do that will be appreciated!

I see this is a known bug but this bookmark sidebar has suddenly started to appear on my desktop when ever I open Firefox and there seems to be no understandable method to turn it off although there are several arcane techniques that require me to go to weird places and change the names of files. No indication of what the unintended consequences of that might be. Is this something you can fix? Will the next update. This is really frustrating. Help please. So to be sure, I do not consider the challenge of getting into the pants of a program to fix a bug to be fun, exciting, interesting, etc. This is a tool and my browser is acting up. That is a pain in the butt not an adventure.

I have turned on the "Show a touch keyboard when necessary" option, but in my tests, all software and browsers (Chrome, edge, Steam, etc.) are able to call up the touch keyboard properly, except Firefox
