I need to move my iphone Sync for Firefox bookmarks to this new laptop

My old mac has been wiped and I have bookmarks I need to access for uni, so I'm using an old windows laptop with Firefox installed. Currently, I have a sync for firefox app on my iphone which seems to have retained all my bookmarks, tabs etc. How do I sync this computer with my Firefox data? The lost device option doesn't seem to work, and my account doesn't verify.
