I enter in the address bar www.cakewalk.com and get a 'bad request' message. I can access this site on other internet connections. Am I missing a component from my Firefox?

This issue can be caused by corrupted cookies.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
