An interactive pdf (created by InDesign) loads 1st time OK. 2nd time screen the screen is almost black (and the pdf was loaded at the last viewed page). When mouse scrolls about the screen the content is visible slowly. Another interactive pdf (4.1 MB) loads not completely (3.7 MB) and Firefox hangs up.
