Where did the 'Move Tab to a New Window' go?

So, forgive me, I'm a little frustrated right now, but I needed to move an Open Tab to it's own window, without the use of my mouse (yes, it's having issues right now), but: I used to do this by tabbing to the TAB in question and pressing <Shift> F10, which opened a context menu with a Move To sub-menu. Now the menu didn't have that option. see pic below. ...Yes, I was able to do the same via, File | New Window, and coping the address to it with Windows cut/paste and <Alt><Tab>. Still I would like to know how to get to the TAB context menu option without the mouse. ''Moderator note: this question has been edited to correct the formatting.''
