Firefox extensions don't work on Firefox for Android
it's literally of Firefox extensions not loading on Firefox for Android

If you are installing while on the addons.mozilla.org site.
https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/ is for desktop Firefox while the https://addons.mozilla.org/android/ is for Android Firefox. Some extensions are made for both so it may be possible to install it while on desktop site.
