Open Firefox, go to Menu > Help > About Firefox.
A window will pop up, and Firefox should automatically check for and begin downloading any available updates. You will then be prompted to Restart to Update Firefox.
or For Debian/Ubuntu/Mint: sudo apt update sudo apt install firefox (or sudo apt upgrade)
