Firefox asked me to update my system and now I am not able to get my mail

Show the issue. Hard to help with something we cannot see or replicate. What OS? If windows, home or pro and are you running any security software besides MS Defender? What version of Firefox? Provide steps to replicate the issue. Are you using a website or Thunderbird to access email?

apple macbook air. don't know waht version of firefox as ican't access that either. using website

what more info do you need? i was on facebook this morning on firefox when it froze. now i can't access email, facebook or any yahoo info on firefox
