Why there is no way for me to review or rate add-ons for the Firefox? Many years I am using Firefox and sometimes I just cant understand what a strange bugs I am facing.

More specifically you need to login with your Mozilla Account, which is what you are using to post this thread here. Once you are logged in at AMO you can click on the stars and rate/comment.

I'm logged in with my Mozilla account and I still can't click on the stars or leave comments. No options whatsoever.
